Absolutely fantastic! We had one of the best all round customer service experiences we have ever had. Julia in the office is impeccably organised and such a pleasure to deal with. Dean was great and ensured everything we needed was taken care of. Then the day of painting came and Jacob, Johnie and Joel arrived - wow what a team! They went above and beyond and we were left in awe of the painting job and how wonderful it looked. This business runs like a well oiled machine - from start to finish we could not have been more impressed. Highly recommend!

From the very first contact with Julia who answered the phone, I could tell this company is not only professional but nice and an absolute pleasure to deal with. From Dean the rep through to Jeremy my painter, every point of contact was positive. The results are fantastic. Jeremy was efficient and a great communicator. There is a great culture within this organisation, so rare these days. Jeremy went above and beyond and even changed a light bulb for me, making an old woman very happy.

Our fibro house(the fibro majestic),had not been painted since 1989,the prep work was extensive.Mitch and John from Blue Mountains Painting, were thorough in washing,sealing,fixing and priming the outside before painting the external walls,woodwork and door. They worked in a logical and effective manner that took the whole job a total of 5 days. They then checked to make sure all was at it should be. Both men were professional,courteous and had good senses of humour,even dealing with a cantankerous possum when they had to paint around his house on the outside wall. I can cheerfully recommend them for your painting needs

Blue Mountains Painting were just great to work with taking the burden of the work and decisions on paint choices and fixes off our shoulders. The external and internal painting was completed in a very professional manner and at a high quality. Dean helped with the quote and was helpful through the job. Andrew was great as the master painter and was very easy to relate to - great job Andrew! One of the wonderful things that takes the burden off was Andrew seeing small things that also needing a fix and fixing it - wonderful. Aidan the carpenter, did a great job on some work that needed doing as the painting was being done so that the whole job could be completed. I really appreciated this total service that was provided. To wrap it up Julia was a very friendly administrator keeping us up to date with invoices and communication on the job times so we knew who was coming and when. The whole organisation was great to work with and I would recommend them if you want peace of mind from an easy to work with group that delivers a professional, quality job.

BMP painted the exterior of my house in 2021 and I was so happy with the result I booked the same team again for Jul 2023 to do some internal painting. I have an old fibro cottage so good preparation is important. Their prep was outstanding and the finished result was fabulous. The team were reliable, helpful and trustworthy .. I felt completely comfortable leaving them in the house when I had to go out. A great job from beginning to end. Highly recommended.

Absolutely thrilled with the wonderful work done by Blue Mountains Painting. We had interior walls, ceiling and woodwork in the bedrooms, lobby, hallway and bathroom completed to a very high standard by the painters who were meticulous in their preparation and have made the areas treated look like new. Everyone I dealt with, from office staff, quote/project manager and the painting team were friendly, helpful and very professional. The work was completed quickly with minimal disruption and they cleaned up very well after the work was finshed. I highly recommend this company and will be getting them back to paint some other areas of my house in the near future.

We had Blue Mountains Painting paint our roof and gutters, the entire exterior of our house and the windows and doors. There was also roof restoration to be done and some carpentry. I highly recommend the services of Blue Mountains Painting — having them just recently finish the interior of my newly purchased home! Jonte and his team were fantastic to deal with, friendly, and were great communicators from the beginning. When quoting on the job, they clearly articulated what would be required in terms of services (sanding, scraping, wall repairs, paint finishes etc) and when they got to doing the job, the team went above my expectations in their delivery. They even took such care with repairing openings in the walls and ceiling (from the recent electrical work) that you could no longer see where previous light fittings or cut-outs remained. Their painting made everything look like brand new construction work. If you are looking at having painting works done, then definitely consider getting in touch with Jonte and the Team!

Blue Mountains Painting was efficient and responsive. They turned up to quote on time and completed a very large painting job for me in stages over a year. My exterior paint was delayed for nearly 6 months by adverse La Niña weather conditions but owner Jonte kept in touch with me practically weekly and turned up the moment the sun came out for a week in March. Amazing results on water damage and mould with perfectly applied paintwork

We were so pleased with the wonderful work of painting the exterior of our home 18 months ago by Blue Mountains Painting, that we've just had them back to paint right through the interior of our home. I'm so impressed by the quality of their work and their attention to detail. Elliott and Evan moved and replaced all of our furniture and Elliott went out of his way to minimise disruption for us. I have no hesitation in recommending Blue Mountains Painting!

The project director Peter was reliably available to assist with questions and to provide guidance.
