Blue Mountains Painting was good to deal with overall. They provided a cost-free quote and were able to manage a lot of our repair needs over the phone. Communication was not always A+, but we got there in the end and I'm happy with the results.

Blue Mountains Painting offer both carpentry and painting services. The Carpenter measured up and gave me an inbuilt cupboard exactly as I wanted. He was a professional and cleaned up after the work. I also had a bedroom and hall painted. The painters were excellent moved furniture protected my property and cleaned up. The painting, I thought, was high standard. The painters carefully filled in dents and holes in the walls. They used well known brands of paint. The colours were exactly as asked for. They also painted the ceilings. The painters were also very polite and courteous happy to answer any questions I had. I would recommend Blue Mountains Painting and Carpentry. This was the first time I used this company. The Company kept me well informed and gave detailed invoices.

I chose Blue Mountains Painting from a number of quotes to paint the outside of my dwelling. They were friendly and agreeable from the start and provided a detailed professional quote with Certificate of Currency attached, warrantees, and at a reasonable price. The painting was done by Amir and his team who were a pleasure to deal with, always agreeable, considerate and cheerful. They arrived punctually each day and worked consistently and carefully throughout, in spite of difficulties with the weather and dealing with an old building. They performed good preparation before painting and applied subsequent coats of paint in a careful and professional manner. They cleaned up well after they had completed their work. I am in a late 50s mid c modern home and have been for over 30 years. I moved in == and went off, desperately ill, to Royal North Shore for 4 months. From then till now I have battled illness and have not had funds or ability to do anything with my much loved home. I had had a few bad experiences sourcing the right project team for a sizeable carpentry and painting job. I was starting to pull my hair out wondering whether I'd ever get the job done before the pine cladding deteriorated more in the blue mountains environment. So you can imagine my relief when BMP were referred to me by a local painter. We recently had the inside and outside of our home painted by Blue Mountains Painting, and we honestly could not be happier with the result. This was a very big job for us and something we were quite nervous about. Our home is a 1980s cedar wood home that had not had proper attention for at least two decades, with several extensions added over the years, each section painted or stained differently - so there was very little consistency across the property. We knew it would take real knowledge and care to bring everything together, and from the very first engagement, Blue Mountains Painting stood out well above anyone else we had spoken to. From the beginning, their knowledge, professionalism, and the way they explained options gave us confidence. They offered practical advice around colours, what would work, what wouldn’t, and how to modernise the overall look while respecting the style of the house. Their pricing was also very competitive, which made the decision even easier. The team, led by Josh and including Carlos, Naz and Max, were exceptional throughout the entire process. They were polite, respectful, hardworking, and incredibly easy to have around the home. They simply came in, got on with the work, and maintained a very high standard from start to finish. They explained that the exterior would be sanded first, then 4 coats (2 under coats and 2 top coats). Inside, we have pitched ceilings and they were able to complete the painting with ease. What we especially appreciated was how considerate they were of our family circumstances. We have dogs in the house and were understandably nervous about having tradespeople on the property, and at the time our daughter was also 8.5 months pregnant, so we were very conscious of fumes and how the work would impact everyone in the home. The team worked with us thoughtfully, both inside and outside, to make the whole experience feel manageable and stress-free. They genuinely went above and beyond in every way. Our home now looks fresh, modern, and beautifully consistent inside and out.....something we honestly didn’t think was possible given where we started. One of the loveliest parts of having the team here was seeing just how much they genuinely enjoy painting and the pride they take in what they do. It was actually beautiful to witness those moments where they would stand back, look at what had been completed, and you could see they were genuinely impressed and proud of the finish they had achieved. The team did an excellent job cleaning the outside of our house and were happy to add a couple of odds and ends. They came back later to refresh the wood staining on the deck and then repainted the front fence. Bad weather stretched out the process but now the house is looking like new again. Well done!

The carpenter from Blue Mountains Painting did a great job repairing our old hardwood deck and replacing some cypress pine boards on the outside of the house. I am super happy because I didn't expect to be able to match the cypress pine boards which go around the base of my house. He also found one of the old decking posts was completely shot and replaced it. He did a great job.

Jonte and Jeremy were absolutely amazing. The work they did has transformed my home. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was well done and that I was completely happy with the result. Professional, reliable and genuinely great humans too. I could not recommend them more highly.
